I initially heard about LipSense through my friend who happened to be selling it and eventually ordered a starter kit from her. In the very beginning I literally thought it was a hoax and did not believe that it not only lasted all day long, but would stay in place while I ate! I mean, come on. It had to be magic lip color to make claims like that!
After the first try, I of course was blown away and thus began my obsession!!!
I was hooked and wanted every color they had!
I eventually signed up for the discount (because discounted makeup is always better, right?) and it BLEW UP!!
Girl, not even kidding! Turns out, I wasn't the only girl that LOVED the products!
I was actually nervous about getting into the business side of it, due to the bad rep most MLM's have. But let me just say this....SeneGence is not your typical MLM. I'm sure you have heard that before, right after you received a cold message from someone you don't even know.

I was also scared about getting involved with a company that is based on beauty products! I had exactly zero clue how to apply makeup and was worried that I would look like a total nut case even attempting this!
But let me tell you, ANYONE can do this!
If the girl who grew up wearing her big brother hand me downs and spent every waking moment reading Nancy Drew books, while building DIY tree houses can learn to apply makeup, you can too!
I started from the bottom with the basics and grew from there.
All you need is love of the products and have fun with it!
With all of the fears set aside, let me tell you that there's also something magical about SeneGence. Maybe its the no nonsense approach to it all and simply loving the products and sharing about them is what I find appealing!
Or maybe its the sisterhood that comes with the business!
Either way, I have found so much JOY in my little business. I have found some sort of self worth that was (I'm sorry to say) missing and being replaced with the chaos of Motherhood. Don't get me wrong, I love motherhood and I am low key obsessed with my babies! But after a while, the business that I thought was just going to be a 6 month trial has turned into a full blown family business!
In the first year alone I found myself leading a strong team of 40+ girls who sold over $100,000 in products! That's a ton of makeup and skin care, ya'll!
It has since grown and truly blesses my family each and every month!!
